We held the energy of 2009 until its final moment and now it
is over. The 2010 predictions are now up and you can read them
here. This
month's article is entitled Choices and
Choosing. Our life path moves from one choice
to the next and as we make choices and decisions we are aware
of the next ones. Some choices are easy, others are quite
challenging. While we are aware of a limited range
of choices, we actually have a constantly unfolding, unlimited
array of choices. Sometimes our best choice is to do nothing,
to step out of the path of oncoming disaster. We can stand and
fight but that is not always the best option. Read about
it in the first article. On February 14 we celebrate
Valentine's Day, a day that is not meaningful for those who do
not have a relationship. How can we use the love energy that
is being generated to help with humanity's ascension? Join my

the second article. We know that we are loved
unconditionally but we can believe that we can sin too much.
This is not possible as we are reminded in
Archangel Uriel's message. This week's

Stepping Out of the
Way
If we are responsible for all of our choices, even the
ones that create drama and chaos in our life, then how do we
transform what we have created into something different? Is it
possible to undo a choice and what do we need to do so our
future choices are more aligned with what we want to be
instead of what we have to learn? While we are always learning
and growing, it would be nice to choose our learning
situations and to direct our energies into more peaceful,
joyful and loving ways. We can do that when we learn to step
out of the way.
From last week's article, someone wrote to ask what
they should do if the 'light at the end of the tunnel' was on
a train heading in their direction. The answer was to get out
of the way. In this situation we have two choices, to try to
stop the train or to get out of the way. But we often do not
consider the second choice. It does not occur to us that
stepping out of the way of an oncoming disaster may be exactly
what we need to do and that this is one of our choices.
It is so important for us to remember that even in
the worst of circumstances we are always faced with other
options. They are in our field of potential, waiting for us to
be at their vibration. Our fear dictates what we will choose
because it is our fear that sets the energies which then
creates the options we become aware of. Instead of meeting the
disaster head on, or trying to stop the train, we can ask what
other options are possible, what other choices we can make
instead of the one that appears to be the most obvious.
It is our emotions, fear, pain and anger that compel
us to stand and fight and while those are options, they
represent our current vibrations. What happens if we pause,
reflect on the situation and find other choices that we can
connect to? Then we can move out of the way, find our balance
and center and this raises our vibrations. At that moment the
fear is released and the Universe can step in and guide us
into another path. This week, ask yourself how you can step
out of the way of a situation in your life. What emotions are
driving you, what fears are present and how can you use your
power to avoid the oncoming train and move your path in a
different direction?

Valentine's Day
This week many people will be buying cards, flowers,
candy and special gifts to show their love to someone special.
For many of us, though, Valentine's Day is a reminder that
once again we do not have anyone who will do that for us. We
will spend the day alone or going about our usual activities,
wondering whether we will ever have love in our lives. We will
when the time is right. While that may not happen in the next
seven days, we can use this time, when the energy of love is
high, to prepare ourselves to manifest a loving partnership.
Valentine's Day has become an opportunity for
florists, candy makers and the retail industry to sell
products. They have convinced us that an outward display of
romantic love is the most important thing in a relationship.
But our experience may have been different. How many times has
someone professed to love us and then act in very unloving
ways? Romance is a wonderful thing but if lacks a foundation
of unconditional love, then it is just words and presents that
have little value.
Since we attract love that matches our vibration, how
can we manifest the love we desire? By raising our vibration
and understanding the principles of manifestation so we
attract from our desire for unconditional love, rather than
from our need for validation and fear. When we are the
expression of unconditional love we magnetize love to us. Each
aspect of fear we hold lowers our vibration to its level. What
aspects of fear are you holding and how are they manifesting
in your love life?
This week everyone will be thinking about love as we
are inundated with messages about Valentine's Day. So let's
put that energy to good use. I have created a new Facebook
group, the Expanding Love Project to connect
a group of people who want to make a commitment to send
love this week, to ourselves and everyone else. Search for the
Expanding Love Project on Facebook and take the commitment to
send love this week. We can focus the world's thoughts of
love to creating love for the world. And as we do this we are
creating a vibration of love that we will all benefit from. I
am also teaching a Manifesting Basics class beginning March 1.
This is a four part class that will teach you the principles
of manifesting the life of your dreams.

Uriel's Message
-- Have you Sinned too Much?
As you separate yourselves from the energies of your past
the realization of how much you have sinned, your times of
weakness and powerlessness and the pain you have created for
yourselves and for others comes to your awareness. You believe
that your sin you has created so much separation that you must
atone for your sin and wait until your atonement is complete
to reunite with Creator. This belief further separates you
from the One whose greatest desire is for you to reconnect to
your divinity and in truth, there is no sin so great that
reconnection is impossible.
Sin is not what you have done, it is the belief in
separation that makes disconnection part of your reality. Sin
is merely separation and reconnection is its cure. It is not
possible for you to sin and fully separate yourselves just as
it is impossible for Creator to disconnect from you. In the
moment that you recognize your sin, your separation, you are
immediately reconnected and on the path to wholeness and
redemption. Through your awareness you create
connection.
The moment that you realize you have sinned or
separated yourself, you create the opening that Creator has
been waiting for. With infinite patience, Creator waits for
humanity to recognize and acknowledge the unconditional love
that is held within the divine light within each of them. When
you acknowledge your disconnection you allow Creator's love to
guide you back to your center. This is the path of grace, the
journey Home that you believe occurs at the end of your life.
However, it occurs in each moment that you acknowledge your
desire to reconnect.
Each time to recognize your separation you heal the
energetic imprints that were created and rise above them into
a new vibration of healing. With each acknowledgement of your
divine power you erase another level of separation and move
yourselves closer to wholeness. This is the path of ascension,
the journey back to the Source of who you are, to where you
are from and to unconditional love. Each time you fear that
you have sinned too much, ask to be connected to unconditional
love and know that all is forgiven in that moment. Your
purpose is to heal and then to remember that you are a child
of the Creator whose love for you is never ending, limitless
and with whom you can never sin too
much.

In past articles I have written about the wild Indigo and
Crystal women and so many of you wrote to say how helpful
those articles were. And many men wrote, asking what about the
Indigo and Crystal men. These new energies were carried by
both men and women, all of whom suffered the same pain in
different ways. So this week we will talk about the wild
Indigo men and what they have experienced as they introduced
Indigo energy to the world.
Indigo adult men are at least 40 years old and older
and have struggled throughout their lifetimes with being
different, not accepted and trying to introduce new ways of
being to a world that was stuck in the belief that everyone
should be the same. Some of you were born into very strict,
religious families and you were the rebel, shunning their
beliefs, opting out, maybe committing crimes, becoming rock
and roll musicians or 'hippies', to point the way towards
individual expression and freedom. You were called wild,
difficult or irresponsible, many asked why you couldn't
'settle down' and be like everyone else.
Others embodied the anger, violence and domination
that were part of the existing male energy so you chose
families with abuse parents, especially fathers, or you were
involved in violence and maybe even served time in prison. You
were not a bad person, you were simply showing the world what
it was creating energetically. But the task was often too much
for you and you were damaged by the energy you immersed
yourself in, forgetting that you were here to change it
instead of becoming part of. As you grew older, you may have
become tired, disillusioned and not able to find positive
outlets for your energy, anger and frustration.
Indigos show the world what is wrong by becoming the
energies they want to heal, which is why you have take on
these energies by becoming their mirror. But balance is
required, as you have seen with younger Indigos. It is created
through the expression of your gifts, your appreciation for
and of yourself and courage to step into your own energies
proudly and use them to create joy in your life. Many wild
Indigo men are talented artists, musicians, writers,
producers, into sports or other activities. You need to move
your energy and finding that outlet will bring you great peace
and help you feel that you have accomplished your mission. No
matter what has happened in the past, you can create a
fulfilling, peaceful and joyful future, beginning today.
