Co-Creating Through Power
When we understand the process of co-creation,
working with the Source energy to create our path, our
lives can become an effortless flow of miracles, where
every need is met in wonderful ways. But before you
think that it is not until you master this process that
your life will be happy, consider that you are already co-
creating your life. Co-creation is not about the good
and wonderful things that happen to you, it is about
everything that happens to you. The Universe
responds to your every thought, beliefs, words and
actions. The power that you put behind them is what
delivers the results you receive.
A few weeks ago I was at my favorite garden shop and
saw some hyacinth bulbs, so I chose a few for my
garden. There were many other bulbs there and I was
looking at them and wondering which ones I should
get when the shop owner gave me a big bag and said
I could have all of the bulbs I wanted for free, since he
had to clean them out and wanted to give them to
someone who would use them. So I got all of the
garden bulbs I wanted and they were free. That is the
process of co-creation through power at work.
When we co-create through power we simply ask for
what we want, without wondering whether we will get
it, how it will come to us, whether we can afford it,
whether it will last or any of the many different
arguments that we can think of to limit what we
receive. The co-creation process goes into action with
every thought that we have. If we are experiencing
poverty, drama and chaos, we are co-creating that in
our lives by not being in our power and by limiting
ourselves.
Each time we remember that what we ask for will
come to us, we learn to use our power carefully. The
Universe simply responds to us so and meets our
needs as we describe them. By not putting any
limiting thoughts into the process, we are co-creating
powerfully. This week, look at how you are co-creating
your life. Are you asking powerfully or are you tired,
hopeless and fearful? The Universe does not judge
emotions or requests, it simply delivers. If your reality
is not what you want, what are you asking for?
Remember your power to co-create your life with the
Universe and ask powerfully. You will get everything
you ask for and more.

Why Am I Living Here?
After a conversation with my daughter, during which I
told her that I would move to the Midwest to be closer
to her, I moved within a month. I know that I am here to
do healing work, for myself and for this area and when
it is finished I will move again. At this time many
people are moving to new geographic areas. For
some, this is uncomfortable because it means
leaving their home, friends and family and going to a
new place where they have to create a new life. For
others it is a welcome change. Some people wonder
why these moves come up suddenly and are
sometimes to places they would never consider living.
There is a reason for this and it has to do with the
earth healing and new energies that are being created
on the Earth.
Lightworkers everywhere are being placed in areas
where their energy is needed to handle the two types
of energy shifts, earth healing and new earth energy.
Many Lightworkers have strong earth connections and
when their specific energy is needed in places where
the earth needs healing may find themselves moving
to a new location. It may be one that they have
previously visited or lived in or have ties to. Or it may
be an entirely unfamiliar location. The move may
become a personal healing experience as well and
their own healing will be reflective of the healing work
that they are doing in that area.
As the energy shifts on the planet new vortexes are
created and they require specific kinds of grounding
energy. Those with that energy frequency are needed
to nurture the earth at that particular point and they are
sent there. This may be a revisit or a first visit. This
new energy can be uncomfortable and unfamiliar and
life may be difficult for some time before the energy
settles. It can be hard to stay in the area but
opportunities to move may be blocked. That is
because until the energy work has been completed,
they are needed there and they must stay. When their
energy is no longer needed, they will be free to leave.
Although it is difficult to live in an area that is
unfamiliar or uncomfortable, if you have been moved
to a new area it is because your energy is needed
there. And you will be able to move again once your
work has been completed. You may or may not be
aware of the energy work that you are doing but you
have been placed there for a specific reason. Any
attempts to move before your work is completed will
be blocked and then, suddenly, you may be free to
move. If this is happening to you, you have been called
to service this is why you are living in a particular
place. It is easiest to simply accept the work that you
have undertaken, ask the Universe for help and find
every opportunity to enjoy the experience. Your healing
work is much more effective when you approach it with
joy. Then, when your work is completed you can
choose to move to another place.

Uriel's Message-Be Kind to Each Other
When you use kindness in your interactions with
others you give them the gift of acceptance, love and
compassion. Kindness is more than being nice to
others, it is a state of spiritual mindfulness, where you
allow your spiritual nature to shine and light the lives
of those around you. When you are kind to others your
light shines more brightly than any darkness around
you. Being kind to others, no matter what they are
doing or have done to you, allows you to stay in your
power and to choose how you will interact with
everyone around you.
Being kind means being gentle with others, it means
having consideration for them and being helpful to
them. Sometimes an act of kindness involves walking
away from confrontations that you would normally
engage in. When you choose to be kind you can avoid
karma with others because you can exercise
forgiveness. Acts of kindness involve being thoughtful
and considerate of others, not only by doing things for
them, but by being mindful of their level of spiritual
growth and understanding and how it affects their
interactions with you.
Your acts of kindness will not go unnoticed by others
because they shift the energy around you. When you
are kind to others you create the energy that they must
connect to when they interact with you. When you are
kind to others you share your spiritual gifts with them.
They can accept them, or not, according to their
abilities. Whether or not they respond in a like manner
does not matter, your gift of kindness opens the door
to new ways of interacting that are free from conflict
and fear.
When you choose kindness as the energetic vibration
that you will share with others you create healing for
yourself and offer them the gift of healing. You also
create this vibration in the world around you and for
the planet as each of your individual actions is
magnified and manifested in the world. Imagine what
the world would be like if everyone was kind to each
other. It is something that you can create for
yourselves and the world when you are kind to one
another. Hold that vision and know that each act of
kindness is important to the healing process that the
earth and humanity are currently experiencing.
Learning to be kind to each other is an important part
of that process and it is a gift that you can give to
yourself and to others every day.

Today's Children--Alone and Friendless?
Because of my father's job my family moved
extensively when I was a child, so I have no lifelong
friends. As an adult, I have moved many times and
rarely live in a place longer than three years and have
friends in different areas but not always where I live.
My experience is typical of that of many adult Indigos
who seem to move house quite often. But, like other
adult Indigos, I also have few friends and spend a lot
of time alone. I used to envy people who had lots of
friends and a more active social life. Now I have
learned to enjoy the solitude and to appreciate the
quietness of my life.
Many adult Indigos write to me thinking that something
is wrong with them because they may have one or two
friends, if that, and are not very active socially. Those
that once had an active life with many friends may
have experienced a change in that situation in the past
few years and now find themselves alone and with
few friends. First, I would like to say that if this
describes your life you are not alone and there is
nothing wrong with you. There are reasons why,
especially at this time, adult Indigos are alone and it
will get change, if that is what you choose.
Indigos give freely of their energy to those around
them and those who have been on intense healing
journeys during the Shift need to keep their energy for
their own healing. Indigos are also easily distracted by
others and to keep these distractions to a minimum
others have been simply kept out of our lives, which
also extends to romantic relationships. The purpose
of this is to teach us to get comfortable with our own
energy and to help us on our healing journey.
Although much work is to be done by the current
Indigo generation, our work is not yet finished and we,
the adult Indigos, still have work to do.
Adult Indigos, like our Indigo children, often choose
people who need help and healing as friends and we
give freely of our time and energy to them. Sometimes
this works against us as we give too much of
ourselves to others. As we spend time alone we can
reflect on the kinds of friends and friendships that we
want in our lives. If you want a full social life with many
friends, ask for it. In the meantime, learn to enjoy your
own company, use this time to discover who you are
and what you want in life. Work on your own dreams
and use this time to prepare yourself for the work
ahead. I believe that in the not too distant future we will
look back on this period of solitude and wish that we
had appreciated it more.
