We held the energy of 2009 until its final moment and now it
is over. The 2010 predictions are now up and you can read them
here. This
month's article is entitled Re-Ordering the
World. Why does the world look like it is in such a
mess right now? It is not any better or worse than it has ever
been. What has changed is how we see the illusion. As we add
more light, the illusion loses support and it
crumbles. And it is all being shown to us so we
can avoid creating another fear-based illusion.

trying to teach you about -- your karma with them. Visit

Shedding Light
on the Illusion
As we are watching the old world paradigm wind down we
are beginning to see the world as it truly is, without the
benefit of the blinders, rose-colored glasses or other means
we use to hide the aspects of life we do not want to
acknowledge. Our eyes are now open to where and how we give
our power away, allow others to take control, and avoid
responsibility for ourselves. These are being revealed to us
so we can know how powerful the illusion is and ensure that we
do not use this opportunity for transformation to move from
one fear-based illusion into another.
We spend most of our time in the familiar,
comfortable and predictable world of our illusion, unaware of
how narrow our view of the world and Universe really is. Once
the light is turned on we see that we have been living in a
small box within a vast ocean of possibilities. The choice
should be obvious, but it isn't. Do we leave the comfort of
the box and the world we know or do we venture out into the
ocean of possibilities, in which we will have to either learn
to swim or we will drown. Sometimes the fear of drowning makes
the box a very attractive option.
Every aspect of the world is based on an illusion
whose foundation is powerlessness, fear and control. No aspect
of life, society, finance, or government is exempt from this
truth. As energy is diverted away from the illusion and
focused on truth, self power, unconditional love and divine
purpose, its support erodes and it crumbles. On a global level
we are seeing this in the collapse of financial institutions,
governments and in earth changes such as earthquakes, unusual
weather, and floods that reveal how fragile the illusion is.
Once its support is removed, everything around it falls.
In our individual illusion transformation is
occurring on a profound level. The transforming event may be
an illness, a forced career change, the death of a loved one,
or other life upset. The real purpose of these events is to
shed light on our illusion so we can shift our dependence on
the safety of the illusion into creative transformation.
Wherever we are most afraid, powerless and dependent is where
the illusion is strongest and where change will happen. Then
we must decide, do we move into another box or learn to swim
in the sea of possibilities that is available to us? This is
the choice that will determine whether we, the family of
humanity, will be ready to step into the new paradigm that is
waiting for us and create a collective reality based on truth,
love and within our purpose of creating heaven on
earth.

Happy Birthday to Us!
Every year at this time I write a birthday message
because this week marks the milestone of yet another year of
this newsletter, which was first created in 2004. I remember
that first newsletter, which went to three people, including
me (so I could test it). At that time I was going through my
own painful journey of transformation and while I knew that I
was guided by Archangel Uriel to write it, it was not really
what I wanted to do with my life. It was not until several
cherished doors were closed (slammed shut, actually), that I
decided that it was better to walk the path I was guided to
follow with some degree of grace and dignity, instead of
being dragged there, kicking and screaming.
As I look back on the many nights I spent channeling
this information, I remember the fear-would the messages come,
would they make sense, would anyone read them-as well as the
joy in the information, which has always been positive and
powerful. Those years were difficult ones for me and although
I knew that there had to be an easier path, it certainly was
not obvious. So every night I would thank God for my journey
and beg to be taken home. Then every morning I would wake up
and think 'darn, I'm still here.' I did this for quite a few
years until I decided to make some changes in my life, which
brought me to this point of peace and joy.
These years have not been easy for many of you and I
have done my best to answer your questions, calm your fears,
and give you hope when things seemed to be beyond hope. I know
you have experienced devastation, pain, suffering and cried
many tears as you wondered what you could have done to deserve
this and worse, how you could have volunteered for this
journey. But as you have persevered, the journey has become
easier, the lessons more tolerable and we are all coming to
the end of this long path and into the light of a new
day.
I wonder, each year at this time, when I will stop
writing and go on to other things. That has not been revealed
to me yet, so I will continue to send these messages until I
am told to stop. It is a great honor to be part of your
journey and I am humbled by your expressions of gratitude for
the ways in which you have been guided, enlightened and
supported by the information you read here. Some of you have
been readers since that first newsletter in March 2004 and I
thank you for your validation and support. So here's to
another enlightening year together, as we continue to learn,
grow, heal and transform on this adventure we call ascension.

Uriel's Message
-- Finding Truth in Blessings
Have you received a blessing today? Have you received
your heart's desire, abundance, a miracle or the answer to a
prayer? These are the blessings you know and appreciate but
there are other blessings that are more difficult to
understand, such as honoring someone's choice to separate from
you, being removed from a situation that does not honor you,
releasing a belief, attitude or thought, or seeing through an
illusion. Each of these is also a blessing that brings you
closer to the truth of your being, although you may not
consider yourself very blessed by their presence.
Every aspect of your life holds blessings but when
you judge them as being good or bad, helpful or not, you miss
the value of the lessons they have to teach you. To be blessed
is to gain in wisdom and understanding, which may appear in
the form of lessons that reveal fear and powerlessness. These
are just as important as those blessings which bring you joy,
what you desire and miracles. Each blessing holds its own
truth for you and all blessings enlighten your journey.
The lessons in which you find your power, reconnect
to your wisdom and learn to balance your energies are the ones
that serve as your most powerful blessings. They are the ones
that lead you to your truth and help release the blocks to the
abundant and joyful living you desire. But they are also the
ones that cause you the greatest hardship, whose learning
requires the release of energies you have moved beyond but may
still be connected to and that you see yourself in your full
power and divinity.
If you will see each person, situation and event in
your life as a blessing you will begin to see the patterns of
healing, the movement of the energies and the ways in which
you can be guided to the understanding you seek on your
healing journey. Release your need to be in judgment of any
situation as good or bad and instead, seek the truth it holds
for you. Then you will find the wisdom and understand that are
the true blessings of your journey, which will lead you to
release, peace and
transformation.

We have karma within our soul groups and that includes
our children. We think of our children as those beings we
agree to bring into the world, sometimes forgetting that in
previous lifetimes they were partners, spouses, siblings,
parents, lovers, enemies and friends. This is especially true
of Indigo and Crystal children who are working with us to
transform and end karmic cycles. Many of these children have
come to help us with our lessons, sometimes by being our most
challenging karmic partners.
Do you have a child who is rebellious, resentful and
defies you in every way? Is your child needy, clingy,
unwilling to leave your side for a moment? Or do you have a
child who demands your attention and is jealous of anyone you
spend time with? All of these are situations that revolve
around emotional issues from karmic relationships that have
carried over from previous lifetimes. Knowing this can help
you deal with them on an energetic level to resolve the energy
that exists between you, instead of trying to figure out what
is wrong with your child.
The rebellious child may have previously experienced
you as someone who held them back from living their life,
perhaps they were a prisoner, slave, someone you killed or an
abused child or spouse. The clingy, needy child may have
experienced you as a parent or partner who abandoned them, or
died and left them alone. The jealous child may have been a
jilted lover, a unappreciated partner or someone you did not
validate in a previous lifetime. Whatever emotions they are
expressing are simply karma in action-they do not know how to
handle the energy so they just let it all hang out.
Approaching their behavior from a karmic perspective
allows you to see them on a deeper level. They are more than
children, they are souls having a human experience, just like
you. Karma does not begin with adulthood, it begins when we
make our parent/child agreement. From that moment we are
partners in our karmic cycle and everything we do reflects our
willingness to complete or continue our karma with them. As
you consider your child's behavior, ask yourself what your
karmic agreement is with them. You can cut those cords and
release them so you can both move into a more balanced, loving
and energetically whole relationship with them and release
them from the responsibility of expressing the karma's
emotions and energy so it can be
healed.
