Imagining Love
If our reality is what we imagining, then is having love
in our life as easy as imagining that it is there? Isn't
that what we do now? We imagine having love in our
life, our perfect partner, focus our intention on
receiving it and then we're often disappointed because
it doesn't happen. But the problem is that we're not
imagining love, we're imagining a relationship. Love is
something entirely different.
Imagining love is both an internal and external journey.
On an internal level, imagining love begins with learning
to love ourselves. I have often written that love begins
with us, that we will never find someone who loves us
more than we love ourselves and that is the key to
imagining and then creating love in our lives. Love does
not fulfill a need, it is only available to us when we are
so filled with love for ourselves that someone else can
connect to us at that level. We can create love adn
loving relatioships in our lives when we can see
ourselves as a whole, loving person.
On an external level, imagining love means learning to
walk in absolute, total unconditional love for all of
humanity. We must learn to see past people's behavior,
their words and their actions and see them for who
they really are and to accept that they too are doing
the best they can. When we can express our
unconditional love, which means being in a place of
detachment and non-judgment, we will create that
energy in the world.
The lesson of the Shift in Consciousness is to learn to
imagine love for ourselves and for the world. The
Beatles sang 'all we need is love, love is all we need.'
They are right. The only thing that we need in our lives
is love, for out of love everything else is manifested.
There are only two energies in the Universe, love and
fear. Whatever is not love is fear. Can we imagine love
for ourselves and imagine it for the world. If we learn to
love everyone and everything, we can and will change
the path of humanity. This week, imagine love in your
life, both internally and externally. Detach from every
judgment about everyone and everything and just
imagine the energy of love filling every part of your life.
Imagine love and the loving relationships you desire will
be present in your life. Imagine love and it will come to
you and be the
prevailing energy in the world.

Breaking Promises
Some promises are made to be broken, despite what
we're taught about always keeping our promises. When
we promise that we will do something for someone we
have created a commitment to them. What if it is a
commitment that we do not wish to honor, or that we
would rather not fulfill or that we are doing because we
hope that there will be some kind of payoff? What if we
said yes when we really meant no, not now or not
ever? Do we still have to keep our promises?
We often make promises to others out of a sense of
duty, responsibility or other obligation. What we really
want from these acts is to be appreciated, loved and
respected. So we believe that if we do what we
promised, we will receive a reward by being recognized
for our efforts. The people to whom we make these
promises have sometimes disappointed us in the past
but it's not their fault. We're the ones with the
expectations, they just want something and they asked
us. It is our responsibility to say no when we mean no.
We are better off breaking promises rather than doing
things out of a sense of obligation, or doing something
that we really do not want to do because in the end,
we will be angry and frustrated with ourselves for not
having had the courage to say no. Or, to tell the
person that we have had a change of mind. Will they
think less of us for doing that? Will we feel better about
ourselves? What is more important to us?
Leaning to honor our time and energy is an important
lesson that we are all learning. Honoring our
commitments is important, but even more important is
making commitments that we feel good about honoring.
Before we automatically say yes when we are asked to
make a promise, we can pause and consider whether
this is something that we really want to do. Is it a good
use of our time, energy and effort? Do we feel good
about saying yes and will we feel good about our
decision when we're finished? If not, then we can
decline the opportunity. If we have already promised,
then we can find a way to disengage ourselves for no
other reason than we have had a change of heart. We
all learn important lessons from making and breaking
promises and the people we make them with and when
we honor ourselves, we make promises that we are
happy to keep. Have you made a promise that you
regret? Give yourself permission to break your promise
and allow yourself to use your time and energy
effectively, doing things that bring you joy. And the
next time you promise, it will be because you know it is
the right thing for you to do and you are happy with
your decision.

Uriel's Message-Judgment Day
Many people live their lives fearing the day of
judgment, when they stand before their Creator and
are judged for what they have done, or not done, in
their lives. There is a review of the soul's journey
during the lifetime but there is no judgment, for the
Creator does not judge. And with the Shift things have
changed; there is a different process now because you
are no longer so far removed from the spiritual world.
Each of you is responsible for your own judgment and
review and it occurs in the present moment. What this
means is your soul journey is constantly being assessed
and guided and you have the opportunity to change
your path at any time in your lives.
This soul review is a conscious process and you are
aware of it each time your intuition steers you away
from harm, or your guides and angels point out a
different choice or direction. Each time you ignore
these messages you are given another opportunity to
learn the lesson. For many of you, this lifetime is your
soul's final earth journey. It is therefore necessary for
you to learn and heal your karmic lessons and move
through the full range of experiences that are part of
your life path.
At this time the process of healing has been
accelerated which is why many of you are feeling
overwhelmed by the intensity of your experiences or by
the level of closure occurring in your lives. Every
aspect of your lives reflects an aspect of your soul's
healing journey for this lifetime. While you are guided,
the final decisions are always yours, as is the
opportunity for assessment of your accomplishments in
a particular lesson and the necessity of its repetition.
All of this is done to heal you as an individual and
humanity as a whole.
Your level of spiritual evolution provides you with a
connection to the Creator that those before you have
not had access to. Help is always there for you when
you ask for it. This is such an important time for each
of you. Remember that you volunteered to come here
to experience this time in human and earth evolution.
As you move through your experiences, know that
judgment day is not something that happens after you
die; it is occurring right now for each of you. Did you
learn the objective of your lessons, have your gained
spiritual understanding, is your soul's growth moving
forward? These are the questions that you are asked
every day and the answers will allow you to move your
life in a different direction and to create new and
wonderful life experiences for yourself.

The Single Parent
There is a new generation of children in the world and
they are known by many names, including Indigo and
Crystal Children, Star Children, Light Children. Whatever
name they are known by, they are a generation that
we have never seen before and they have special
needs, gifts and talents. The Crystal and Indigo
children represent the new, higher energetic patterns
that are arriving to change the Earth's vibrational
frequency.This new series provides information on
these children and the wonderful gifts they bring to the
world. Along with their special gifts and talents, they
also have certain needs and the purpose of this series
is to help them and their parents find solutions to these
needs so that Indigos and Crystals can do the work
that they came here to do.
I remember when a mother raising children alone was
called an unwed mother or worse, a divorcee. It was
very rare to see men raising children alone. The
term 'single parent' had not yet been invented. Anyone
who was unmarried with children was a social outcast.
Those days have changed but there is still some stigma
surrounding divorce, even though it's quite prevalent
and those of us who chose to raise our children as
single parents are led to believe that we have somehow
short changed our children, that we have done
something wrong. I believe that it is important that the
Indigo and Crystal children who were born to these
women (and men) who would eventually raise their
children alone had a very specific life lessons to learn
and they needed to learn them in a non-traditional
way. Although single parent households are now more
prevalent than not, they are still seen as detrimental to
children. It's time for single parents to recognize that
they contributed to their children's lessons in the best
way possible.
The huge increase in divorce in the 1970s and 1980s
created a generation of children who grew up in single
parent households, generally with a woman as the head
of the household. Women had to learn to be strong,
to support themselves financially and emotionally and
to make decisions. Coming from generations of
disempowered women, it was very difficult for them to
learn these skills so that they could care for their
children. But most of them did. And the Indigos also
learned independence and more importantly, dispel the
beliefs about traditional household roles for men and
women.
More Indigo and Crystal children are raised by single
parents and in non-traditional households than any
generation before them. So it would benefit single
parents to see their life path as part of their children's
lessons rather than being detrimental to them. The
Indigos came to change the world and they were born
to accept non-traditional ways of life that that
included the type of household they were born into.
Most single parents, mothers and fathers, work very
hard at ensuring that they give their children the best
possible home environment. Since the Universe does
not make mistakes, if we look at this situation as the
way that things are evolving, we can stop judging and
criticizing ourselves as single parents and work
together towards ensuring that our children have the
best love and care that we can provide, in caring and
nurturing communities that that equally support all
parents, single and married.
