This week's messages
Imagining Life
We often feel that life is disappointing when we don't
have what we want, we aren't happy or we somehow
can't make things work. And after many
disappointments we become disillusioned and feel that
our efforts won't pay off, so why bother. We can use
our ability to imagine to create the life we want and to
get the results we desire if we remember one very
important step in the process, we have to hold the
vision and then take action. Then we can move past
the illusion of lack to a reality of abundance.
We all have wishes or desires that we would like to see
come true but if we stop at wishing, they never get to
the point where they will manifest. Wishing is just part
of the process because when we wish, we are
connecting with the language that our heart speaks.
Then it is up to us to take that wish, to nurture and
nourish it and to realize that because we wish it, it is
right for us. Will we like it, will it be what we want? We
won't know until we try. Then, if it isn't right, we can
wish for something else. Our lives are a dynamic
process of new beginnings and possibilities.
Imagine the life that you wish you had and know that it
is right for you simply because it is what you want. It
requires no justification, no reasoning, no logic or
explanation. It just is. Many things in the Universe are
quite simple because they just are. And imagining our
life can be that simple. Without doubt or fear, we can
truly have everything that we desire in life because
what we wish for ourselves is in total perfection with
what the Universe will bring to us.
When we learn to imagine and then manifest the life
that we want, we create the possibility for peace,
love, abundance and joy for everyone on the planet.
Our connection with each other exists at every level
and when one person is able to move past the illusion
of disappointment, sorrow, lack of love, hatred and
discord, they create the possibility for that energy to
spread to everyone everywhere. It is our responsibility
at this time of the Shift in Consciousness to learn and
apply these principles. We are here at this special time
to create heaven on earth and it begins with us, in our
own lives. This week, imagine the life that you wish for,
then hold that dream, nourish it, take action by
believing that it is absolute perfection with your life
purpose and that you deserve it and it will be yours.

What Grows in Your Garden?
This is my favorite time of the year, when I can plant
my garden and watch it grow throughout the summer
season. Since I just moved into a new house and have
just started a new garden, it is a bit discouraging to
see the little plants that will not fully mature until next
year. They look a bit sparse in the big garden I dug but
I know that with proper care, they will look wonderful
by the end of the season. Before I planted the plants,
though, I had to dig the garden, prepare the soil to
ensure that it would nurture the plants that I would put
there. If the soil was not right, the garden would not
grow or I would not get the results that I wanted.
And so it is with us. We all have a garden inside of us,
with soil that has accumulated many different things
over the course of our lives. Sometimes the soil of our
inner garden contains many rocks that are the hurtful
things that have been said to us, the negative
thoughts that we carry, the pain that we have
experienced. The seeds that we plant in that soil will
not grow well, because they will absorb the pain and
suffering. The seeds of our inner garden will not
flourish if we do not water and take care of them. And
if we do not appreciate the beauty of what we have
created, we will be wasting our time.
We can clear the soil of our inner garden by carefully
and with intention, removing the things that will
prevent the seeds that we plant from growing into
beautiful, healthy plants. The negative thoughts,
painful memories and disappointments do not have to
be permanent fixtures in our lives. They are just like
the stones that I removed from my garden, one at a
time. Yes, it is a process that requires attention and
consideration, but once it is finished, it is not
necessary to re-visit it. Once we decide to clear our
inner garden, we make room for new growth in our lives
that is sustaining and nourishing and brings us joy.
Learning to clear our lives of the pain and sorrow that
prevents us from experiencing true joy is part of our life
lesson. We have come into this lifetime with issues that
required healing; that is why we are here. The healing
does not come after we are finished, the entire process
of removing the blocks, forgiving the pain, accepting
ourselves and learning to live in joy is the journey of
healing. Once we are finished, we can relax, knowing
that we have prepared ourselves for the next phase of
our journey. What grows in your inner garden? Is it full
of rich, fertile soil, free of stones and memories of the
past? If not, are you ready to remove them so that the
seeds that you plant for what you want to grow in your
garden will produce healthy and beautiful results? This
is a time to clear the garden, prepare the soil and plant
the seeds for what you want in your life. This is the
journey of discovery and healing that you have come
to experience. Appreciate your experiences for what
they are, part of your journey, then plant your garden
with the dreams that you want to manifest, nourish
them and watch them grow into the beauty of your
dreams come true.

Uriel's Message-What Gets Your Attention?
Balance exists everywhere in the Universe. Each thing
has its opposite for this is the realm of duality. Where
there is bad there is also good, where there is dark
there is also light. What you see in the world is a
reflection of where you are within your own life. When
you notice hatred and fear that is what you have
experienced of the world. When you notice discord and
lack of love, it is because that is also your experience.
You do not notice that it is also balanced with peace
and harmony. All energies exist collectively; so there is
as much peace as there is lack of peace; there is as
much love as there is lack of love. What you see is
what you pay attention to.
The energy of the Universe is unconditional love. All
else is just an illusion and a distraction. But where
there is fear there is still unconditional love, fear is just
what is being given attention. What do you pay
attention to in your daily life? Is it what you are
lacking, what you fear or what is not manifesting? Do
you measure your worth, your life or your level of
success by what you do not have? If you have an
abundance of problems and difficulties, is it because
that is what you are paying attention to?
Sometimes the problems that you experience are there
to get your attention and become aware of what they
are, not to remind you of what you do not have.
Instead, they are there for you to heal, to remove your
connections to them and to release them. But when
you get stuck on the problems or issues, the full focus
of your attention goes to what is happening and you
cannot see the lesson behind it.
What you notice, what you pay attention to, is what
you attract in your life and that becomes the energy
that you manifest from. You are so powerful that you
can create anything you want in your life. When you
understand what you notice both in your life and in the
world, you can learn where you are putting your
energy. And then you can make the effort to ensure
that if you want peace, joy and unconditional love,
your full attention is on those energies. They are there
in great abundance, as long as you pay attention to
them. This week, notice what gets your attention.
Remember that whatever you want to create in your
reality comes from what gets your attention. Pay
attention to what you want to manifest and watch it
appear in your life.

The Adult Indigo Challenge
There is a new generation of children in the world and
they are known by many names, including Indigo and
Crystal Children, Star Children, Light Children. Whatever
name they are known by, they are a generation that
we have never seen before and they have special
needs, gifts and talents. The Crystal and Indigo
children represent the new, higher energetic patterns
that are arriving to change the Earth's vibrational
frequency.This new series provides information on
these children and the wonderful gifts they bring to the
world. Along with their special gifts and talents, they
also have certain needs and the purpose of this series
is to help them and their parents find solutions to these
needs so that Indigos and Crystals can do the work
that they came here to do.
Much is written about Indigo children and their issues,
but there is a generation of adult Indigos that is coming
into their own at this time. These people, now in their
50s and 60s, are finding themselves with another part
of their lives to live, their children grown and the
freedom to do what they want. But they are stuck and
unable to move forward. Sometimes, they are often not
sure what they want to do. At other times, they have
the dream but aren't sure that they can do it. Many of
them have had careers that have ended and they are
finding themselves at a place where they must start
something new. But how do they do it? Now they can
really make their dreams a reality, but where do they
start?
Just as the Indigo children who are becoming young
adults are redefining many aspects of society, so are
the adult Indigos who have raised the Indigo
generation. Those that are close to retirement know
that sitting home is not an option. They are, sometimes
by necessity forced to continue working but don't
necessarily want to play the corporate game again.
And they carry some fear about what to do because
they are the pioneers, setting a new course for their
generation, redefining what it means to be 'over the
hill.'
If 40 is the new 30, then 60 is the new 45. There was
a time when starting a business, creating a new career
or living a dream was for the young. Now that is a
possibility for everyone. The adult Indigos have much
to offer this changing world as they are the bridge
generation, people who are spiritually inclined, who
understand the spiritual and material worlds and who
raised a generation of spiritual children. Their work is
not finished. They have the energy, time and skills to
now live the life that they have always dreamed as
being possible. And they have a vast store of
experience and spiritual energy to help them. If you are
of this generation, you know the dilemma well because
you are in the middle of it. Finding out what you want
to do is easy-if you could do anything, what would it
be? What are you passionate about? What have you
always wanted to do? As career doors close, it is
because other, more fulfilling paths are available to
you. Move forward to them without fear. This is the
time for adult Indigos to fulfill their dreams, to create
the businesses and networks that will provide jobs and
opportunities for future generations. It is an exciting
time and one that we are all prepared to move forward
into. Trust your intuition and guidance and know that if
you are being moved into something, it is because it is
right for you and it is time to live your dreams.
