Acknowledge What Is
We can look at our experiences in different ways. We
can regret what happened, wish things were different,
wish that they had happened to someone else or live in
complete denial and pretend that they never happened.
We have another choice, which is to acknowledge what
is. It can be the most difficult of the choices because
we believe that if we acknowledge something then we
also have to acknowledge all of the emotions and
feelings that go along with it.
We acknowledge most effectively when we do so
without judgment of both the experience and the
emotional meaning that we have attached to it. When
we separate the emotions, or how we feel, about the
experience, we can acknowledge it for what it is,
another lesson on our spiritual path. If we focus on the
emotions, then we get stuck in everything we felt and
probably still feel about it and will find it difficult to
make progress.
As we begin to understand ourselves as spiritual beings
we recognize that we create every part of our reality.
It is not possible for us to claim the power to create
the good until we recognize our power to create
everything in our world. We have total power over
every aspect of our reality; it is not random. The
difficult experiences in our lives are not created by
someone else while we're not paying attention. When
we acknowledge all of our experiences through the lens
of our power, we can see as ourselves as what we are,
powerful spiritual beings experiencing earthly lessons.
Once we are able to acknowledge our participation in
our experiences, we can take the first steps to
releasing them. Yes, they happened to us and yes, we
were present. Now we are at that place where we can
look at what we created and decide whether it is
something that we want to continue to experience or
to release. But that decision can only be made when
we acknowledge the truth about ourselves and what
we experienced. This week, look at a situation that you
wish to release. Start with acknowledging it for what it
is, an experience that is part of the life lesson that you
created. Look at your experience through the lens of
your power to see what good can come from the
experience. Be gentle with yourself as you move
through this process and know that at the end is the
peace, joy and love that you have wished for.

The Lightworker Dilemma
All of the lightworkers, healers and teachers that I
know share similar life paths that have, for the most
part, been very difficult. For some reason, challenging
lives seem to be part of what we signed up for. While
we laugh and say 'what were we thinking', the difficulty
of what we go through is often no laughing matter. In
compensation, we are blessed with spiritual support
that helps us through many situations, once we
discover it and learn to listen to it, that somehow
comes to the rescue just as the situation is becoming
critical. But the question for many remains, 'why is my
life so hard?'
I once asked Archangel Uriel why I had so many life
challenges and the response was that I had to learn to
walk through the fire before I could lead others through
it. And I believe the answer holds true for all of us.
Through our challenges we learn compassion and
understanding. As we build our faith and trust, we learn
about those qualities too. It would be difficult to try to
teach someone about faith if we had never been faced
with a situation where the only thing that helped us
put one foot in front of the other was the faith and
trust that the Universe knew what it was doing.
The challenge for us is to not see our situations as
difficult, but as learning experiences that we will use to
heal our own karma and then to help others. We are, I
believe, on the planet at this time because of the
enormous opportunity for healing that is available to
humanity. We too have come to heal lifetimes of
karma, that we seem to be experiencing all at once.
Understanding the world's pain means that we have to
experience at least part of it. And then, once we are
on the other side, we can use the experience of our
success to convince others that they can do the same.
The difficulties that many of us have experienced in the
past six to ten years are nearly over. It is time for us
to begin the work that we have come here to do and
many doors will open, as others close, to allow us to do
that. The time of learning is never really finished, but
we will soon have the chance to use the knowledge
that we have gained to help others through their own
difficulties. If you are looking for answers to your
difficulties right now, focus on what you came here to
do and how that is helping you to learn those skills.
There are many avenues for healing and teaching and
many people looking for information. Each one of you
has developed a special skill or area of understanding
and you will use those skills to connect to the people
who need them. Have faith as all is eventually
revealed, in divine timing. If your life has been
challenging, know that it will soon all be a memory as
you share your success stories with those who will
benefit from them.

Uriel's Message-The Gift of Perception
There is no form or definition to the world as it exists
as each of you sees it. That is the gift of perception
that each of you has. The reality in which you live is
uniquely yours and cannot be seen the same way by
anyone else. This exists for each of you individually and
for all of humanity. And how you see your individual
reality affects how the rest of humanity perceives
itself. You have the choice as to how you use this gift.
You can use your gift of perception to see your reality
any way you wish and that is how it will be. If you see
it as a place of peace, it will be peaceful. If you see it
as full of love and people who are loving towards you,
that is how it is. But if you choose to use your gift of
perception to see your reality as difficult and
challenging, that is how it is as well. Everyone in your
world will respond to you and connect with you based
on your perception. And the way you choose to use
your gift of perception extends to the world.
Imagine what the world would be like if everyone use
the gift of perception to see the world as peaceful and
to see others as loving. This would be the prevailing
energies of the planet. The world responds to the
energies of each individual and the collective, so that
the world that you experience is the sum of each
individual's perception. As each person makes a choice
to use their gift of perception to see the peace and
love that are everywhere, the vibrations of all of
humanity are raised so that everyone can experience
peace.
Many people do not see peace and love in their reality
because they do not know what they are. Each of you
has the power to create the experience of these
energies for others by seeing them in your own lives.
When you use your gift of perception to see the true
energies of the Universe, where only unconditional love
exists, at work in your lives, you give this gift to
others. This week, use your gift of perception to see
peace and unconditional love all in every part of your
reality. When your intention is to see only peace and
love, the Universe will respond by sending them to you.
Remember to see this in the world as well and you will
spread these energies to where they are most needed.
It is the way that you will bring Heaven on Earth for all
of humanity.

Indigos and the Fear of Love
There is a new generation of children in the world and
they are known by many names, including Indigo and
Crystal Children, Star Children, Light Children. Whatever
name they are known by, they are a generation that
we have never seen before and they have special
needs, gifts and talents. The Crystal and Indigo
children represent the new, higher energetic patterns
that are arriving to change the Earth's vibrational
frequency.This new series provides information on
these children and the wonderful gifts they bring to the
world. Along with their special gifts and talents, they
also have certain needs and the purpose of this series
is to help them and their parents find solutions to these
needs so that Indigos and Crystals can do the work
that they came here to do.
I recently spent some time with my Indigo son, who I
had not seen in a while and our visit did not go well at
first. His behavior was, to say the least, challenging.
He was childish, immature and difficult, behaving in
ways that he is really too old for. At first I was upset
but I knew something else was going on. So I listened
and watched and soon learned something that helped
make sense of his behavior. He wasn't sure how to act,
so he was acting as badly as he could to see what my
reaction would be. Then he would know where he
stood with me. I'm his mother and I love him, but I
believe that Indigos are so afraid that they won't be
loved that they give us every reason not to love them,
just so we can let them know that we do.
It doesn't make sense but then Indigos have their own
way of thinking that is not always obvious to others.
They came here with a big challenge, knowing that
they would not be accepted and expecting problems.
Rather than send love out to an unloving world, like the
Crystal children, they do just the opposite. They
challenge the world to love and accept them on their
terms. And given the scope and nature of their task, it
is probably the most beneficial and least harmful path
for them. But for their parents, it is challenging.
Many Indigo children behave in ways that make it
difficult to love them, although we do. Sometimes they
know that they are testing the limits of our love but
they can't help themselves. And we have to just let
them go, knowing that the angels that protect them
are probably working overtime. It is the Indigos' fear of
not being loved and accepted that create their
behavior problems that they can take to extremes. I
wish that there were an easy solution but there doesn't
seem to be. It is only when they can believe that they
are lovable and accepted that they will return the love
that we give to them. Until then, they will struggle and
continue to act in very unloving ways, challenging our
ability to love them.
