This week's messages
Conscious Action
When we commit ourselves to conscious action we are
aware of the potential outcome and consequences of
everything that we do. Contrary to what we might
believe conscious action entails, it is a process that
allows us to relinquish control, surrender ourselves to
the process of creating our reality and agree to be
guided into whatever our permits the best expression of
our Highest Good. Living in a state of conscious action
is less about what we do than why we are doing it.
When we live in conscious action we spend less time
reacting and more time in contemplation. Many of the
difficulties we find ourselves in arise from our reaction
to events and people instead of taking the time,
sometimes even a moment, to assess the situation and
understand its lessons and what kind of understanding
we can derive from it. Our inability to control what we
do or how we respond in any situation is a measure of
the fear that we have surrounding any issue. When we
feel compelled to do or say something immediately,
when we feel an emotional response overriding our logic
or even our ability to use our spiritual discernment, we
are dealing with fear.
This does not mean that we can spend every moment
in spiritual contemplation of our lives. Most of us have
far too much to do to and lead such busy lives that
this would be almost impossible to manage. But living in
a state of conscious action is a process that allows us
to consider what we are doing and why. Why are we
too busy, stressed out, burned out, overburdened, and
have little time to ourselves?
Since we know that we create our reality, we created
this for ourselves. Being in a state of conscious action
can provide us with the tools to assess our reasons for
creating the life we have today and to begin to resolve
it so that we have more time for the things that we
want to do, including finding the time for joy and for
ourselves. This week, look at an aspect of your life
where you are too busy, unhappy, dissatisfied or you
feel is out of control. What steps did you take to get
there and why? What fears participated in that
situation? Use the process of conscious action to
understand the situation and its place in your reality.
Now allow yourself to consider other decisions and
choices that you can make to release yourself from it.
Surrender to the process, relinquish control and let the
Universe guide you to the expression of your Highest
Good.

Blessings to you all!
The June article is posted on the Uriel Heals website
and this month's message is about Conscious Living.
How much of our life is lived without our conscious
awareness of what we are doing? Are we willing to fully
experience life or live on autopilot? This week's
message is about Conscious Action. Why we do things
is more important than what we do and when we learn
that we can experience great understanding (and make
our path much easier). Conscious Action holds the key
to understanding this aspect of our spiritual journey.
This week's Today's Children article provides
information on the eloquent Indigos and how to help
them express their unique gifts.
Archangel Uriel's message is about

Settling for Almost
A friend of mine was offered what she thought, at first,
was the job of her dreams. The position, salary and
location were exactly what she wanted. But as she
began the final negotiations, she was bothered by the
energy of some of the people she would be working for
and also discovered information about the company and
its business ethics that she did not agree with. So,
despite the fact that she needed a new job and was
very tempted by what this one offered, she turned the
job down. It was 'almost perfect' but she was no
longer willing to settle for almost.
How many times have we been offered a job,
relationship or other situation that was almost what we
wanted, but not quite, and we accepted it anyway?
When we do that we always have an opportunity to
regret our decisions and choices. We accept
the 'almost perfect' for many reasons, but mostly out
of fear that if we don't take this one, another one
won't come along. And we believe, with all our heart,
that with hard work and a little luck, the 'almost' will
become perfect for us. And how often are we proven
wrong?
Our faith and trust are often tested when something
that is 'almost' what we want is offered to us. And our
first reaction is to accept it, even if we have misgivings
about it. Usually it is a test of our intention and our
belief that we can have exactly what we want.
Learning this lesson and 'passing' the test is
accomplished when we can look at what is being
offered, compare it to what we want and if there is not
an exact match, to let it go. When we accept that
which is not quite right, we do ourselves a huge
disservice and we create additional lessons and
opportunities for learning.
Our life is a journey of spiritual learning and
understanding which includes many lessons through
which we ascend to higher levels of vibration. While we
will not stop experiencing lessons during our lifetime we
can make them easier and flow more smoothly if we
learn that sometimes the greatest proof that we live in
faith and trust is our ability to release something that
simply is not what we want, that is 'almost' perfect.
When we do that we create the space in our reality for
what is perfect to come to us. But if we're too busy
trying to make the 'almost' fit, we won't have time to
even consider the perfect. If it is 'almost' perfect, it
may be a test to simply let it go so that what is
absolutely perfect can come to you.

Uriel's Message-The Value of Experience
Are you glad when a difficult experience is completed?
Do you try to forget it and move on as quickly as
possible? Does a difficult experience make you feel
foolish, gullible or believe that you lack the
understanding to avoid these experiences? Do you
promise yourself that you will never do that again, only
to find yourself in a similar situation, learning the same
lesson once again? Every experience has value and
meaning and when you can learn to see the gift that
each experience has for you, your spiritual journey will
become much easier.
Repeating lessons does not mean that you are being
punished as that is not the way of the Universe.
Rather, it is your ability to find value in even the most
difficult of experiences that proves to yourself that you
are ready to move forward. There are questions that
you can answer for yourself to assist you in this
process. To find the value, ask what insights you have
gained, what knowledge did you acquire, what did you
learn about yourself?
The most difficult life experiences have much to teach
you about your strengths, your ability to overcome,
your willingness to trust and your faith. They can lead
you to greater understand about yourself and often
help you to reconnect with your power. Most difficult
experiences occur when you give your power away to
others and suffer the consequences. Once you learn
this, you will be less agreeable to interact with those
who wish to take your power from you.
The value of experience can only be gained when you
can look at yourself without judgment. Just as you do
not judge a young child who falls while learning to walk,
so do not judge yourself harshly because you had to
experience a difficult situation to learn a lesson, no
matter how many times you have repeated it. This is
part of your process of spiritual growth. When you can
see the value of each experience, you will be aware of
how far you have traveled along your spiritual path and
how much you have learned. Then you can bless the
difficult experiences and be grateful for them as the
source of your learning. And you will not have to
experience them again and can create lessons that are
less difficult and painful.

Today's Children--The Eloquent Indigos
There is a new generation of children in the world and
they are known by many names, including Indigo and
Crystal Children, Star Children, Light Children. Whatever
name they are known by, they are a generation that
we have never seen before and they have special
needs, gifts and talents. The Crystal and Indigo
children represent the new, higher energetic patterns
that are arriving to change the Earth's vibrational
frequency. This new series provides information on
these children and the wonderful gifts they bring to the
world. Along with their special gifts and talents, they
also have certain needs and the purpose of this series
is to help them and their parents find solutions to these
needs so that Indigos and Crystals can do the work
that they came here to do.
As I'm working with my Indigo daughter to build her
business I am amazed at how well she writes and is
able to produce the content for her brochures and
website. My Indigo son is equally eloquent when he
talks about his art, work and life plans. Once Indigos
get past their self-confidence issues they can share
their remarkable gifts of expression with us and amaze
us by their insights, their ability to see the truth in
situations and to express themselves thoughtfully.
Then we realize that they are not just focused on
music, their friends and technology, they do think
about other things are simply waiting for the right
moment to reveal their thoughts and gifts to us.
Of course, they don't do this with everyone, usually
only with people they trust initially, until they are
certain that they will find acceptance. And their
eloquence is not only with words. They are also able to
express themselves with music, art and a variety of
unconventional methods of expression such as sports
(have you ever watched an Indigo on a skateboard or
snowboard), dance and even using old methods to
create unique ways to express themselves. There are
several blocks that they encounter, beyond their initial
low self-confidence and self-esteem, that include an
inability to control themselves when they are excited
about something. They forget that art in public places,
unless it is supported, is graffiti and is not appreciated.
Or that 2AM is not the time you want to hear them
practicing their guitar loudly. Or even that no matter
how much they believe that they are right, there are
venues for expressing themselves that do not always
include the classroom, especially when the teacher is
trying to talk.
It surprises me that the school systems have increased
their focus on scholastic studies with a generation that
has little interest in 'book learning.' The Indigo
generation learns on an experiential level, with an
emphasis on developing their unique skills and requires
more focus on the arts and music, rather than studying
material in books, which they do not care about. Being
graded on how much they know rather than what they
can do creates the impression that they are not very
smart, which is far from the truth. Indigos are highly
intelligent; they simply are not interested in doing
things that have no value to them. And as I have
always said, they cannot be forced to do things that
they do not want to do. How can we help? By opening
the channels of communication and observing our
children-what makes their eyes light up, what do they
talk about, what gets and keeps their attention. This is
their way of showing us where they need our support
and encouragement. It may not be something that we
would find interesting or may not even be the path that
we wish they would follow but they are a new
generation, ushering in new ways of thinking, being and
doing. And in the end, they will do what they want to
do because that is what they came here to do. It will
be much easier for them if we learn how their
eloquence expresses itself and then do all we can to
support them.
