This week's messages
Conscious Reality
The purpose of the Shift is to change our
consciousness, to open the door to the creation of a
new kind of reality for ourselves and for the world. The
journey through the Shift has been challenging for
many of us as our comfort zones have been removed
so that we could, in many cases, start anew. As we're
picking up the pieces and wondering what to do next, it
helps if we remember that what was removed from our
existing reality had to go so that we could step into our
power and create what we really want. We can go
back and forth in that process as we try different
things and we know when we're moving in the wrong
direction, because the 'wrong' things are removed as
well. But the real purpose of this process is to teach us
how to create a conscious reality, where every
experience reflects our higher vibrations and is exactly
what we want.
When we are conscious of our reality, we are aware of
everything in it and are not afraid to ask difficult
questions of ourselves and to allow the necessary
changes to happen. Our focus, in a conscious reality, is
on serving our Highest Good, whatever that is, for it is
different for each of us. The difficult questions can be
anything from 'am I happy in my life', 'does this bring
me joy', 'is this truly what I want' and being honest in
our responses. When we are afraid to ask those
questions it is because we know that once we ask the
question we already know the answer. I don't ask
whether I am happy unless I'm already unhappy and
just don't want to admit it to myself.
We have come so far that we don't need to wait for
our world to fall apart to know when something is
wrong. And when we are creating our reality in a
conscious manner, our awareness of any problems or
issues is immediate. If we are willing to allow the
changes to happen, they will happen right away. If not,
we must first deal with our fear and step farther into
the process before the changes can happen. How far
we are willing to let the situation go is up to us.
Fortunately, most of us have reached our limit of pain
tolerance and are more than wiling to release those
things which do not bring us joy.
What an exciting time to be on the planet! There is so
much available for us and we have so much support in
the spiritual realms that everything is possible. We truly
live in miraculous times and are so powerful and so
connected that as long as we are willing and are able
to release our fears, our options are limitless. This
week, practice your conscious reality. Is everything in
your life bringing you joy, peace, abundance and
unconditional love? Be honest with yourself about what
isn't meeting your joy standards and completely willing
to release it. If you ask the question, you're ready for
the answer. Know that what you are willing to release
is replaced by something so much more wonderful that
matches your new vibration. Ask for what you want,
knowing that it will, it must, come to you. Have fun, be
happy and create the reality that you want to live.

everything in our life and are willing to release anything
that does not bring us joy. When we are in Conscious

Soul Level Promises
My maternal grandmother was a gifted musician who
was a piano virtuoso. She showed an interest in music
at a very early age and told her parents that she
wanted to play the violin. But her parents thought that
girls should play the piano and boys played the violin.
So they told her she could study music if she played
the piano. In those days, children did not argue with
their parents, so she studied the piano and her brother
played the violin. Then, when she turned 18, after
playing a concert she told her parents that she had
always wanted to play the violin, was finished with the
piano and would never play music again. And she never
did.
I played the piano when I was growing up and
wondered why my grandmother would listen to me play
and advise me, but would never play the piano with me
or for me. When I asked her she would just smile and
say that she didn't play any more. I found out, years
later, why she had stopped playing. When my
grandmother died, a few years ago, her last words to
me were to do what I wanted with my life, to not let
anyone stop me. She also said that she regretted the
decision to abandon her musical studies, which she had
made to spite her parents. 'What a waste of talent,'
she said of herself.
From her anger in not being allowed to do what she
wanted, my grandmother made what I call a 'soul level
promise.' In her case, that involved ignoring her gifts
and talent for music and avoiding success in that area.
And many of us have been told, at some point in our
lives that we could not, should not or would not be
able to do something and we also made a soul level
promise that we would not allow that situation to
happen for us ever again. Several things happen when
we make these kinds of soul level promises. Our anger,
fear, disappointment or betrayal blocks us from
following that path, no matter how gifted we are. And
we change our life path. This is a lesson for us, in
forgiveness, in learning to believe in ourselves, in
acceptance and in making choices that are right for us,
no matter what someone else says or does.
Could my grandmother have been a successful
musician? Possibly. Was her parents' insistence on her
playing the piano able to steer her in the right musical
direction? Could she have taken up the violin at a later
point in her life? Maybe. But her soul level promise
prevented her from doing so. And she regretted her
decision her entire life but was too proud to admit it or
to do anything to change it. Have you made a soul
level promise that blocks you from doing something you
really want to do? Are you ready to release it, forgive
those involved and step into the opportunities that are
available to you when you acknowledge and are ready
to use your gifts and talents? We live in a time when
we can do anything we want-we, and our soul level
promises, are the only thing that stands in our way.

Uriel's Message-Create your Boundaries
It is important to maintain boundaries with others so
that they treat you with respect and in appropriate
ways. Your boundaries allow others to know what you
will accept from them in terms of behavior, language
and attitude. But if you continue to attract people who
seem to ignore your boundaries, perhaps it is because
you have set your outside boundaries but have ignored
your internal boundaries. Is it possible that others
around you are ignoring your external boundaries and
mirroring how you think of yourself?
When your internal boundaries are not in place you
allow yourselves to fall into habits of fear, negative
thinking, hopelessness, lack of trust and lack of faith.
While you may believe that your thoughts simply
happen, you have control of them when you maintain
strong internal boundaries to focus your thoughts on
what you want to create in your life. Without
boundaries, your thoughts will focus on fear and lack.
When you establish internal boundaries you become
aware of your thoughts and allow only those that are
within your boundaries.
What are internal boundaries? They start with what
you think about yourself, how you value yourself and
what you feel you are worth. Everything in your reality
will then reflect this. Consider that the people in your
life who seem to not respect your external boundaries
are merely reflecting to you the changes that you need
to make in the way that you think about yourself. While
you may say that you want others to treat you with
respect, if you do not treat yourself with respect and
value yourself, that is what others will respond to.
Your external reality is formed from what you know and
feel about yourself and everything in it is merely a
mirror of your internal reality. How others react to you
is a sign of what may require re-thinking, re-evaluation
and change within yourself. The next time someone
seems to ignore your boundaries, thank them for
showing you where you need to create stronger
internal boundaries. Review your thoughts, see where
your fears lie, whether you have feelings of
inadequacy. When you focus on your own perfection,
you create internal boundaries that are reflected in
how people treat you. Then you will attract the
respectful, loving relationships that you desire.

Today's Children--Intuitive Parents
There is a new generation of children in the world and
they are known by many names, including Indigo and
Crystal Children, Star Children, Light Children. Whatever
name they are known by, they are a generation that
we have never seen before and they have special
needs, gifts and talents. The Crystal and Indigo
children represent the new, higher energetic patterns
that are arriving to change the Earth's vibrational
frequency.This new series provides information on
these children and the wonderful gifts they bring to the
world. Along with their special gifts and talents, they
also have certain needs and the purpose of this series
is to help them and their parents find solutions to these
needs so that Indigos and Crystals can do the work
that they came here to do.
My children consider it both a blessing and a curse to
have a mother who is very intuitive. A blessing because
they know that they can trust in my guidance; a curse
because I always know what is going on with them.
They learned early on not to lie to me, because I
always knew that they were lying. They made it a
practice of telling me what they did because I always
seemed to know or to find out. And while they tried to
ignore things I told them about their friends,
relationships and life situations, eventually they would
listen because I was usually right. When my Indigo son
had problems, I was able to address them proactively
without waiting for him to open up to me. Because they
happened at a time in his life when he was not very
communicative, knowing that there was a problem gave
me an advantage in opening discussions. That's not to
say he was always receptive, but it did give him some
degree of comfort that I knew and was able to know
what he could not always verbalize.
Many Indigos and Crystals have parents who are very
intuitive. And they need for us to be able to 'read' them
and know what is going on with them energetically so
that we can open the lines of communication. I believe
that we were given these children because we are
willing to connect with them on spiritual levels and use
our intuitive abilities to help them. While most parents
are already tuned in to their children, parents of
Indigos and Crystals have another level of connection
with their children that, if they learn to use it, can help
us know when they need our assistance, without
having to ask for it. Despite their gifts, they are
children and do not always know when or how to ask
for help. Our intuition can lead us in the right direction,
alert us of problems and let us know when it is time to
tell them that we know they are in trouble and we're
ready to help.
I did most of my energy work with my children when
they were sleeping because their energy was clearer
and, especially with my Indigo children, not as
scattered. But when they were angry, frightened or
confused, being able to connect with them on a
spiritual level helped me to step back and assess the
situation and their behavior and ask what the real
problem was. So instead of responding to their anger
with anger, I could approach them calmly, address the
situation and calm them down. Once, while having an
argument with my Indigo daughter that was escalating
into an angry situation, I looked at her and said 'you
think I'm just being stupid, don't you.' She turned beet
red, stopped talking, then smiled and that stopped the
argument. Then we could talk calmly. I 'heard' her say
how stupid she thought I was. Of course she was
acting like a teenager, but I had two options, to be
angry with her or to acknowledge what my intuition
told me and use that information to calm the situation.
It worked and it will work for you too. Use your intuition
to tune into your children, see what is going on with
them energetically, learn to use the information you
hear to help create peace within your relationships with
them. They will appreciate it and it will help you
manage their sometimes difficult behavior.
