This month's article is entitled The
Balancing Act and addresses one of the critical aspects
of our journey, finding balance between the material and
spiritual worlds. Our purpose, to create heaven on earth,
requires that we master this and we can begin in our own life.
Balance comes with detachment, being at zero point on the
polarity scale. If we are not in the energy of balance we are
in its opposite energy, revenge. Balance has its own
resonance, which is a new energy for us. How can we use it to

The Resonance
of Balance
Creating balance in our reality, which is the perfect
combination of spiritual and material, divinity and humanity,
is what we have been working towards throughout our many
lifetimes. It is the challenge of the ages, to become a
spiritual human. It was a lesson that Jesus taught, to be 'in
the world and not of the world.' How we do that is a
great mystery of life. How can we be spiritual in the density
of the third dimension? How can we be spiritual in a world
that appears to be non-spiritual? The answer is found in how
we bring heaven on earth.
In the polarity of the third dimension we are
constantly faced with decisions that challenge our
spirituality by giving us proof of the ego's domination. If
love, peace and joy are the reward of being spiritual, and
fear, hatred and pain are the realm of the ego, we can find
proof everywhere that the ego has won. But is this true? We
will find whatever we are looking for, when we look at the
world. If we look for fear, we can find it. But we can find
love too, if that is what we focus on.
And we have accepted many myths about the evils of
all things material, including money and success, and how they
are non-spiritual. And yet they are part of our daily life. We
need money to satisfy our basic needs and we all strive for
success. We can have all the money and success we want when
this path is created in a way that serves our humanity while
honoring our spirituality. It is possible to find balance
between our needs and desires and how we fulfill them. What
our quest for balance teaches us is that we can have all that
we desire when our search for it is done within the balance of
spiritual and material.
Balance resonates with peace and joy, it brings us
fulfillment and is the vibration of miracles. We know we are
out of balance when we have to work hard, struggle and things
do not come to us effortlessly. Finding our inner peace and
listening to our guidance leads us to balance. Then we are
resonating at our highest vibration so we can attract what we
wish to manifest. Without this connection to Spirit we are out
of balance and out of integrity with our heart's desires.
Balance resonates with our Highest Good, with heaven on earth
and through it we can bring the world's vibration to a higher
level so we are all in balance and ascending into our human

There is Love in the World
There are times when I
look at the world and wonder whether we are making progress.
It seems that no matter how hard we work, how much energy we
process with the downloads and shifts, we see more proof of
the darkness and fear that appears to rule the world. So a few
weeks ago I asked God to show me that there was goodness, that
people's hearts were changing and that there was love in the
world. What I saw gave me hope and proof that we have indeed
created wonderful energies that others are
noticing.
I had just left the grocery store and
was walking towards my car when I saw an elderly man in a
motorized cart, looking very confused. When I asked him what
was wrong he told me he had lost his car. I said I would help
him as soon as I emptied my cart. So I put my things in my car
and walked back towards him. In the meantime, several other
people stopped to ask if he needed help and when he told them
his story, they also began looking for his car. Then, his cart
stopped working so I went into the store to ask if someone
could bring him another cart. An employee returned with me,
smiling and eager to help this elderly man.
As I
walked back towards him, I saw that three men had stopped to
help fix his cart. And more people were joining them, all of
them wanting to help. Soon there was a group of people walking
through the parking lot, looking for his car. His car was
found, the store manager came out to help him load his few
groceries and stayed with him to ensure that his car would
start and he could leave the store. All of these people were
willing to stop what they were doing and help this man who was
a stranger to them. But he needed help and they were willing
to give it.
Whatever energies we focus on is what
we will see in the world. There will be those who think that
lying, cheating and stealing are the only way they can get
ahead. But the vast majority of people are good, kind and
ready for a new way of being. These are the people who are
choosing the light over the darkness and in their own unique,
small ways, are proof that the world is indeed changing.
Although we may not always have proof of the love that we are
creating, it is there and we are the ones who are setting that
energy. So it is important to stay focused on the love we wish
to create in the world and when in doubt, ask for proof of it
and it will be shown to
you.

Uriel's Message -- Be
Your Purpose
The true purpose of your life journey is being revealed
to you as you proceed into your ascension for this is when you
can discern between the different roles that ego and spirit
play in your reality. This is a profound truth that humanity
has tried to understand without success because when
approached from the ego, your purpose is seen as being to
conquer the world. From spirit, your purpose is to heal, grow,
transcend your humanity and bring light to the world. You are
to be your purpose in all things and you will achieve success
when you approach your task from Spirit.
The ego connects to the energies of fear and is
afraid of being dominated, so it finds its power and conquers
its fear through domination and control. Its belief that the
world is wrong and is to be conquered and destroyed is the
reason for the power that darkness appears to have in the
third dimension. But the ego is not aware that the world is an
illusion, created from the thoughts and beliefs of humanity.
In trying to destroy the world, it is attempting to destroy an
illusion that is perpetuated through its fear. This is a
struggle that will not end until the connection with Spirit is
made.
Spirit provides another alternative. Spirit knows
that the world is an illusion whose purpose is to provide the
ego with the lessons required for its transformation. There is
no reality or truth in the illusion, which constantly shifts
according to the energies that humanity resonates with. Thus
it is an ever changing paradigm, whose purpose is to show the
balance of light and darkness that is being created. Your
purpose is to bring the light and when you focus solely on
this, you allow Spirit to magnify even the smallest amounts of
light and create pathways to ascension for all of
humanity.
The promise of ascension has always been your
salvation, a reminder of the reconnection that is the promise
that was made to you with your first incarnation. It is
through the pathway of ascension and its lessons that you are
reunited with your divinity and allow the blending of Spirit
and ego, the balancing of light and dark and the creation of
heaven on earth. The darkness is an illusion that is
illuminated by light and through your constant light presence
you complete humanity's cycle and return the family of
humanity to the light it came from. Be your purpose, which is
to be the light for yourselves and the world. No matter how
dark the world appears to be, the illusion of the dark will
always be dispelled by the light of divine truth.

During the past
year I have had the opportunity to spend time with a number of
children classified as special needs. These children, who are
developmentally disabled and classified as 'low functioning'
would have at one time been called "retarded" and placed in
institutions for life. But these children, with the right
nurturing and education, have progressed to levels no one
would have imagined them to be capable of. They are part of a
generation of new children who are challenging the way we view
and accept those who are different, with special needs that
must be considered in a world that has historically been
accessible by 'normal' people.
We are hear
about the new generations who have come to change the world
and think that they are all what we would consider to be
'normal' children, who can function within the world and
simply step into their roles. But some of these children are
not 'normal', they are mentally and physically disabled and
their role is to change how we view this segment of
society.
In the past, a physically or mentally
disabled child would be put into an institution where they
would spend their lives separated from the rest of humanity.
Today, however, these children are provided with special care
that addresses their specific needs and teaches them how to
function in the world. It is no longer acceptable to treat
them as different as use their disabilities as a reason to
keep them apart from others. Their educators and caregivers
have found that they can be taught, they have special gifts
and they can create their own place in
society.
All of the new generations are coming to
change our perceptions of every aspect of life, from the
simplest to the most complex issues. Special needs children
see the world in a different way and when we stop and listen
to them, we are aware that they have much to offer us. They
can speak to us but we must learn to listen in a different
way. They can relate to us when we connect at their level. And
they have much to teach us about love, relating, openness,
kindness and compassion. This is their gift to us and the
reason that some children are 'different', so we can learn to
open our hearts to them and find the hidden blessings they
have to offer and create a space in the world for
them.
