Ascending through Change
When we look at ascension as a process of spiritual
growth that we engage in every day, our lives take on
a different meaning. Now we do not have to wait until
after we leave this planet to know whether we have
succeeded in learning our lessons or have made
progress on our spiritual journey. We can receive the
confirmation we need every day and it comes through
us through the many opportunities that we have to
change our beliefs, thinking and how we interact with
our lessons.
Change comes to us when we need to look in another
direction or get out of a rut. Our lessons come to us
through change and disruption and each one provides
us with an opportunity to ascend, to move along our
spiritual path. How we respond to our lessons
determines whether we ascend or not. What we do as
we are faced with change and how we respond
determines whether we are ready for ascension.
Through each process of change we have two types of
response available to us, to respond through fear or by
connecting to our power. Although the types of
situations we can be faced with can vary greatly, each
one is simply a question to us, how will you respond to
this. If we choose fear then we are simply not ready to
ascend and we will be given another opportunity at
another time. If we choose to respond through our
power, using our spiritual knowledge to address the
situation, then we have chosen to ascend.
The Universe never judges us, so there is no right or
wrong way to move along our spiritual path. We do
things when we are ready to and that includes
ascension. While the ascension path is always available
to us, it is never visible until we are ready to see it.
Then the choices that will allow us to ascend can be
seen with absolute clarity and the Universe will rush in
to help us. We are all, individually and collectively, on
the ascension path and it is a choice that we make
every day. What we choose is up to us and our
decision to choose ascension will be rewarded with an
inflow of unconditional love, abundance, joy and the
peace that passes all understanding. Choosing the
ascension path is how we will bring heaven on earth.

of Ascension. Ascension is not a day or an event where
we will all be whisked away from earth, it is the way we
live our lives as we fulfill our soul contract. We receive
opportunities to ascend through the changes that we
face. How we respond to those changes determines
whether we are ready to ascend, or not. Archangel
Uriel's message is about how the Universe supports all
of our choices.

What is it Worth?
I love to shop on eBay and buy many things there. My
strategy is simple, I put in an initial and a maximum bid
and wait to see whether I obtain the item. My maximum
bid represents what the item is worth to me and how
much I am willing to pay for it. If I lose the bid, I'll get
another opportunity later. Recently, I did not win an
item that I wanted and noticed that the final price was
actually far more than the person would have paid
retail. Was the item worth that much to them or was
there something else involved? Why was winning that
item so important that they were willing to pay far
more than it was worth?
We are always faced with choices that challenge us to
decide what an opportunity is worth to us. And the
value is not always monetary. Sometimes it is our
peace of mind, personal integrity, comfort, joy, self-
esteem, pride or even our identity. We have all been in
relationships, for example, where we had to determine
whether the relationship was worth the effort it took.
Or we have had jobs that challenged our integrity or
self-esteem. When we are in these situations we have
to decide what it is worth to us to stay where we are
or to move on.
On the other hand, we have also had situations where
we were willing to give whatever it took to make
something work, even if it took all we had. Why is it so
important, in these circumstances, for us to 'win at all
costs'? When do we stop putting a value on what our
time, energy, emotions and integrity are worth and
decide that because something eludes us we must
simply try harder to have it?
We know that when things become too hard, it's a sign
for us to take a big step backwards and regain our
perspective. Pushing harder creates more drama for us
and we forget that life is supposed to flow effortlessly.
The benchmark for what something is worth to us
should be our peace of mind and joy. If things are too
hard, they become worth-less, not worth more. It is
not in trying harder that we will force peace and joy
into our lives. Quite the opposite. When we can learn
to set our boundaries for what things are worth to us,
we can invite things that have great value, such as
peace, joy, abundance and unconditional love, into our
lives and not pay more than they are worth.

Uriel's Message-Your Choices are Always Supported
The Universe supports each choice that you make, no
matter what it is. There are no good or bad choices for
you, there are simply choices that have different
outcomes. You know that your free will is the point
from which your guides and angels must act and they
cannot do anything that goes against what you have
chosen, no matter what the outcome may be. There is
no power in your life or in the Universe greater than
your own free will. Whatever you choose will determine
how the next step on your journey unfolds. No matter
what you choose, the Universe will
support you.
Each choice that you make carries its own energetic
vibration which determines what types of experiences
will result. If your choice is made from fear, which
carries a low vibration, then only experiences of a low
vibration will be available to you. Choices that are
made from unconditional love and acknowledgement of
your power have a high vibration and will result in a far
different range of experiences. As you move forward on
your spiritual path you are able to change the
vibrational energy of your experiences by using your
spiritual learning to guide your choices.
The choices that you are aware of are based on your
own energetic vibration and only those things that are
within your own vibration will be visible to you. But
whatever you choose is supported by the Universe
because it acknowledges your authority in your life. All
of your choices, regardless of what they are, are
supported. Your decision to choose differently is also
supported as your energetic vibration changes.
Your lessons must be learned as you have agreed and
no power in the Universe can supersede your free Will.
If you have made choices that have created difficulty
in your life, how did you make your choice? Was it out
of fear or power and unconditional love? Did you
choose out of fear and hope that somehow the
Universe would fix it later? When you stand in your
power, even in the midst of chaos, the Universe will
support your choice to change. Miracles happen in an
instant and what seemed hopeless can suddenly
change. Remember that the Universe always supports
your choices and it is how you choose that determines
the outcome.

Today's Children--Between Two Energies
There was a time in my life when I just wanted to have
a career, family and home like normal people. Just as I
thought I would become a corporate vice president I
lost my job and worked as a psychic for two years
because it was the only work I could find. As an Indigo
adult I just wanted to be like everyone else but could
not hide the fact that I was different. Everyone around
me noticed it too and I never 'fit in' like other people
and what worked for others never worked for me, no
matter how hard I tried. I was, like many other adult
Indigos and Crystals, between two energies and never
really felt comfortable in either one.
That has changed and I now know what my path is and
I have found the energy that I am comfortable in but it
has taken a long time. This is a challenge that most
adult Indigos and Crystals have faced all of their lives
and one that the Indigo and Crystal children face too.
They want to 'fit in' and be like everyone else but their
spiritual understanding simply will not let them. Many of
them become manipulative and angry and use their
power to force others to pay attention to them or
accept them and it works, for a little while. But it also
makes them appear difficult and challenging and not
easy to be around.
We know how Indigos can be rebellious and angry and
they vary from being wonderful to outrageously bad
when they need attention or validation. Crystals,
despite their gentleness, have their own way of getting
noticed and it is not always pleasant. My Crystal
grandson can change from a sweet, affectionate little
boy to a raving monster in the space of a few seconds
when he isn't getting the attention he wants. He can
turn the entire household upside down with his
tantrums that generally only last a few minutes and
seem to happen for no reason.
Both Indigos and Crystals get off balance at times and
feel like they are between two energies, in a place that
is neither spiritual nor material and they do not know
what to do. Their level of discomfort is shown by the
difficulty of their behavior. When they are really awful
is when they need grounding and reassurance. Of
course that is hard to do with a screaming child or
sullen or yelling teenager. Before we react to their
behavior we can think back on how we felt when we
were aware that we were between two energies and
not comfortable in either one. I believe that both Indigo
and Crystal children can benefit from a wide variety of
energy work, such as Reikki, Qui Gong and cranio-sacral
therapy. Anything that helps ground and reconnect
their scattered energy will help them stay balanced and
able to navigate the two different energies they live in
and find the place where they are comfortable so they
don't have to scream, yell and throw tantrums to let us
know they need help.
